about the company

Sandcastle Holidays (Scotland) Ltd was formed in late 2001. It is owned jointly by two directors: Sandy and Susan McNaughton.

Our aim is to provide you with a home from home when spending a holiday in one of our properties. We pride ourselves that we have a good understanding of what our visitors require in a self-catering property, and have chosen to buy properties in two areas of Scotland which we know well, namely Crail which is close to St Andrews where Sandy was born and raised, and Edinburgh where Susan has lived for over 30 years.

Our properties are regularly inspected by Visit Scotland's grading inspectors. Sandcastle Cottage has a 4-star self-catering grading and Craigwell Cottage has a 4-star self-catering grading.
